Nina Ramirez, Vladmir King and Elmer

  1. From the LCOM:

I had the absolute pleasure of managing the Local Census Office (LCO) in Santa Fe along with Assistant Managers, Bertha, Vlad, Elmer/Cathy, James and Jonathon. The LCO encompassed 16 counties and oversaw well over 2000 employees through the life cycle of census operations. While managing the LCO over the past nine months, I met the most brilliant, kind, goal-driven, passionate people who served the Census Bureau under the direction of the Santa Fe LCO. To all of you I extend a tremendous amount of gratitude for a job – however difficult – well done. Because of your efforts, now part of history, New Mexico will receive much needed federal funds. To each of you, and for all of your hard work and dedication, I wish you peace.

PEACE. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.~ Anonymous

I greatly respect each of you and your efforts and cannot ever thank you enough for giving so much of yourselves for the best count possible to benefit our fellow New Mexicans.

    Yours Truly,
    Nina Mariah C. Ramirez,
    Local Census Office Manager
